General Information
This Site uses ‘cookies’ and similar tools. Cookies are small text files that are placed and stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used in order to make websites work, improve the navigation experience and provide information to the owners of the site.
When you visit our Site for the first time, a pop-up message will provide you with information such as: categories of cookies, list of cookies used in the Site and their retention periods. At this moment, you are given the opportunity to enable non-necessary cookies according to your preferences.
You can find information about the cookies used in this Site and review your cookies’ choices here: Manage consent.
Google Analytics
This Site makes use of a web analytics service called “Google Analytics” powered by Google LLC. This means that if you consent to the use of non-necessary cookies that are linked to Google Analytics, your personal data will be processed by Google LLC a company based in the United States of America (“US”).
The use of Google Analytics presents challenges to the protection of personal data of users, therefore, we would like to provide you transparent information in this regard so that we are able to make an informed decision when making your cookies’ selection.
When data is processed by Google Analytics the following risks should be considered:
- US government authorities may have access to the data of Google Analytics’ users;
- Google has access to and uses the personal data of users for its own purposes (such as profiling and cross-platform tracking)
- Data collected by Google Analytics is combined with other data of the user such as search history, personal accounts, usage data from other devices, as well as any other data that Google has about that user.
In order to mitigate the risk of unlawful processing of your data, Colive Voice has opted to use Google Analytics with IP anonymization or masking.
By using IP anonymization/masking features, we ensure that when (as soon as technically feasible) your data is received by Google Analytics, your IP address is converted into a shortened IP address which no longer allows your identification. Once your IP address is shortened/anonymized, Google no longer stores or processes your full IP address. Note that your IP address is considered personal data because it allows your identification.
Despite Colive Voice’s efforts to protect your privacy by choosing to use Google Analytics with IP anonymization or masking, we stress that the use of Google Analytics still entails risks for the protection of your data.
We remind you that your data will only be processed by Google Analytics if you have given your consent. Keep in mind that you can review your cookies choices and withdraw your consent at any time in our cookies settings: Manage consent.
You can find more detailed information about the overall processing of your data by Colive Voice when you use the Site in our General Data Protection Notice.
